Nicotine Dependence Test
The Fagerström Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND) is a six-question instrument designed to estimate the intensity of physical nicotine dependence related to cigarette smoking. Scores range from 0 to 10; a higher score indicates more intense dependence on this scale. The result is informational and is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

How Alive Can Help You Cut Down Gradually
Alive can help you gradually reduce how many cigarettes you smoke.
Record each cigarette and follow a plan that progressively increases the waiting time between them. The app shows when your next cigarette is planned, guides you through each phase, and lets you repeat a phase if you need more time. This gives you a clear action to follow each day and a simple way to see how your consumption changes over time.
